Turns and Reno is a rapidly growing company in the providing renovation and maintenance to single family rental properties.
We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead our teams, coordinate, and oversee multiple remodeling projects from start to finish.
This includes managing subcontractors, employees, schedules, and materials, to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading employees, hiring and firing
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Manage multiple crews teams across multiple jobs
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, fixtures, and equipment.
Construction Oversight
- Supervise on-site work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and in-house crews.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and punch list walkthroughs ensuring proper completion and quality.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Swinging the Hammer
This position is roughly 70% project oversight (above) and 30% getting the
jobs done with the team.
Qualifications:
Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
3–5+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.

Quick leaner and tech savvy - we are handling 5-10 jobs a month now and want to grow that to 50.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
